This registration code tool consists of 3 pages.

• This Info page is an explanation of Registration Codes.
• The Find page lets you retrieve your Registration Code if it has gone missing.
• The Update page lets you change your Registered Name and generate a new Registration Code.

Pocket Stars Version 5 and above use Registration Codes which are tied to the "Registered User" of a PC, PDA, or Smartphone.  So if you're upgrading from a previous version, you'll need to generate a new Registration Code on the third page after retrieving your existing code on the second page.

You can update your Registration code for each device TWICE using this page.  If for some reason you need to update it more than twice, please send email containing justification.

Note that in a few cases we never received purchase notifications from distributors, and hence will be unable to retrieve your records.  If you can't find your purchase using the form below, you'll need to contact the distributor directly, sorry!

This database was last updated Monday, March 08, 2010 12:00:00 AM  so purchases made after this date are not yet available for retrieval.  If this is the case, please check back in a day or two.  Don't panic if you're having problems registering your product.  If the demo period expires, Pocket Stars will still operate, but will just nag you to register occasionally.
