1.0.0.28 has the following bug:

If viewing the Rise/Set page in local time format (not UTC), the times shown will be off by one hour on the two days per year when the transition to and from daylight savings time occurs. For 2002 this would be April 7 and October 27. Basically, the daylight saving time logic is kicking in one day too late.

This will be fixed in 1.0.0.29.
